Time limit for reserved matters
This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.

Design requirements
The dwelling must be a modest traditional farmhouse designed in accordance with policies 2-7 inclusive of Planning Circular 3/91 "Guide to the Design of Residential Development in the Countryside".

The residential curtilage of the dwelling is hereby defined as that outlined in red on the 1:1250 location plan date stamped the 27th February 2004.
Permission beneficiary
This permission shall inure for the benefit of Mr A Cleator of Ballamenagh Farm, Jurby.
Occupancy restriction
The subsequent occupation of the dwelling by any person(s) other than Mr A Cleator or his immediate dependants is limited to those employed in or last employed and retired from full-time agricultural work.
