Proposal: Formation of two roof dormers on rear elevation and installation of three roof lights on front roof elevation at: 65 Malew Street Castletown IM9 1LR which was considered on 13 May 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this aplication and date stamped 27th February 2004.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
4. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
