In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs J M Moore \& The Henry Kelly Trustees
Proposal: Conversion of existing office building to two separate offices including creation of parking in rear yard and erection of an extension on rear of no 18 at: Talbot Chambers 16-18 Athol Street Douglas IM1 1QD which was considered on 27 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawings numbered $3830 / 1,12 \mathrm{~A}, 13,14 \mathrm{~A}$, and 15 date stamped 8th January 2004.
NOTE No approval is hereby implied to the closure of St. George's Walk during the construction works; any such closure is subject to control by the Department of Transport.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
