In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr W F C Bush
Proposal: Erection of a double garage to replace existing single garage and greenhouse at: $\quad$ Land Opposite 'Maynrys' At Corner Of Glenchass Road And Howe Road Port St. Mary which was considered on 18 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers 603.1 Rev 1, submitted and date stamped 12th January 2004.
- The garage may be used for the garaging of private vehicles only with no commercial use of the garages and/or site permitted.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE It is noted that the surface water from the property is to be discharged via a soakaway. The use of soakaways are subject to Building Control approval and if this approval is not granted, the Drainage Division of the Department of Transport would not give permission for the discharge of surface water into the existing foul system and an alternative means of disposal would have to be sought.
NOTE The applicant is advised that no approval is granted or implied for the carrying out of works not within the ownership or control of the applicant.
