Proposal: Relocation of commercial part of laundrette facility to adjacent workshop at: $\quad$ Deepdale Laxey Launderette Glen Road Laxey IM4 7AB which was considered on 1 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- A sampling chamber for the trade waste must be provided prior to the use of the building as proposed.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE It should be noted that the it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with this legislation.
NOTE It should be noted that a Trade Effluent Discharge Consent must be obtained from the Department of Transport Drainage Division in respect of the use of this property.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
