- PA03/0139/B - DHSS Estates Services Directorate - Erection of a Bungalow to provide Residential Accommodation for Clients with Learning Disability - Land Adjacent to Thie Ny Aishlish, Cronk Griannagh, Off Braddan Road, Strang.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA04/0042 - DHSS - Alterations to Existing Road to join South Drive with the A&E Access Road and form an improved turn into the Nurse Accommodation.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA04/0063 - Dandara Commercial Limited - Erection of Timber Saw Mill Building with Ancillary uses, Car Parking and Landscaping - The Barley Field, off Cooil Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA04/0069 - Mr and Mrs Costain - Conversion of Garage into Living Accommodation and increase of Driveway Size - 13 Clybane Rise, Farmhill, Braddan.
