Any advertisement hoarding shall not be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal or signal for the control of safety of navigation by water or air, or so as to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway or airfield.
Landowner permission
Before any advertisement is sited or displayed on any land, the permission of the owner of the land, or a person entitled to grant such permission, shall be obtained.
Approved documents
Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date stamped.
Uniform script
The script in the proposed sign must be uniform throughout the sign.
Approved plan
Subject to the above condition, this approval relates to the plan numbered 1.1530.P01 Rev A which is date stamped 24th February 2004.
