Proposal: Installation of additional window to kitchen at: New Rushen Primary School Church Road Port St. Mary IM9 5LW which was considered on 26 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval relates to drawing numbers BP04/01; 02 and 03, submitted and date stamped 22nd January 2004.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
