The site relates to 1 Oregon's Avenue, Peel. It is a 2 storey and terrace which gables onto Glenfaba Road. There is a relatively large garden to be side. 2. It is proposed to extend across almost the entire red elevation to form a family room + utility. It would extend 4.5m into the red garden. The plan would be only 15' due to the upper car levels. 3. The development is close to the laundry with the neighbouring property. Given this distance it may be reasonable to advise the neighbour of the proximity of the extension. 4.
