- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers TCG 6011 0C-001, TCG 6011 0C-002, TCG 6011 0C-003, TCG 6011 0C-004 and the supporting statement submitted on 5th December 2003.
- The cabin must be dark green in colour.
NOTE The applicant is advised that Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia Japonica) has been recorded at the proposed application site and this plant is included on the list of injurious weeds under the Weeds Act 1957. This species is controlled also by the Wildlife Act 1990. Advice should be sought from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
