- This approval relates to the erection of dog kennels and runs, associated feed and equipment store and hardstanding as shown in 1:5000 site location plan, 1:1250 site plan, 1:500 block plan and floor plan date stamped 9th December 2003.
- The kennels hereby permitted by this approval may only be used for accommodating dogs within the ownership of the applicant or any subsequent owner of West Kella.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
