Officer's Report

The application is for the conversion of the roof space within a detached dwelling in Andreas to provide additional living accommodation. The conversion proposes the installation of five rooflights (three in the front elevation and two in the rear elevation) and the installation of a dormer window in the rear elevation.

The rooflights and dormer window will not detrimentally impact on any neighbouring properties and are considered to be in keeping with the character of the dwelling. I consider that the proposal is acceptable.
