In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Alliance \& Leicester
Proposal: Installation of a ramped access and entrance doors, window at: enlargement, and signage, Alliance \& Leicester, Ioma House 19/21 Prospect Hill Douglas IM1 1ET which was considered on 2 April 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawings numbered 00,02 , and 03 date stamped 17 th December 2003, and drawings numbered 01 Rev 2 and 04 Rev 1 date stamped 28th January 2004.
NOTE The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. This requirement includes the use of the highway during the construction phase, including safety measures and provisions for pedestrian movement past the site (tel: 686665 ).
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Disability Access Office (tel: 628926) regarding the detailed design and construction of the ramped access.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
