which was considered on 14 May 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a depot and reorganisation of the parking provision all as shown in drawings reference 556-2001, 556-2002, 556-2003 and 556-2004 received on 19th December, 2003 and 556-2008 received on 27th April 2004.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.
