The application is for the installation of uPVC replacement windows in detached property in Ramsey.
The property, which is currently being converted into apartments, is the only Victorian property within the street and is surrounded by much more modern styles of properties. The proposed windows replicate the style of the existing windows and will match details such as arched heads and horn details.
I consider that the proposed windows are acceptable and recommend approval.
