which was considered on 25 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s SC762/P/10-01, SC762/P/10-02, SC762/P/10-03, SC762/P/10-05, SC762/P/10-06, SC762/P/11-01, SC762/P/1201 and SC762/P/12-02 date stamped the 24th December 2003 and drawing no. SC762/P/10-04 rev A date stamped the 5th March 2004.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
