- Further information relating to land ownership, parking and access was requested on 10th March, 2004 and no response to this request has been received to date. Without this information the application cannot be fully assessed.
NOTE It should be noted that any request for a Review of this decision will be refused on the basis that the decision is taken on the basis of inadequate information, under the provisions of Schedule 1 paragraph 6 2.b of the 1982 Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
