Planning report and recommendation ### General Report Site visited: no Shangri-La is a new cottage, built under the provisions of PA 92/0410 as a replacement, I recall for a property which existed on the site previously. Subsequent to this permission was granted under PA 00/2056 for the extension of the residential curtilage which is shown in this application, extending to the north of the dwelling. Proposed now is a conservatory measuring 4m by 4.5m on the northern elevation with a hipped roof.
