Dear Sir, Re: P.A. No: 03/01766/A - APProval in Principle for the conversion of basement and ground floor to three residential units - Peveril Court, Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey for Jonathon Carruthers

I am directed by the Ramsey Town Commissioners to request that you defer any decision on the above application until such time as the Commissioners have been provided with additional information in order that they may fully consider this proposal.

Additional information required:-

• No indication in respect of off-street car parking has been shown on the submitted drawings.
• The Applicant should provide details of proposed drainage layout, the existing drainage has been the subject of previous action by this Authority in respect of defects.
• An indicative layout showing the proposed separation of ground and basement floors to provide three apartments.

I would be grateful if you could arrange for this additional information to be forwarded to this Authority in order that we may make a recommendation to the Planning Committee.
