- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 27th November 2003.
- Prior to the commencement of the development a sample of the external finish colour must be submitted for consideration and approval to the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
