The Commissioners request that you defer any consideration of the above application for the following reason.

1. No planning application forms have been received from your office. The Commissioners next meet on 6/11/2003.

1. The Commissioners have not had the opportunity to consider the plans, or make an examination of the site.

1. The Commissioners would like another plan showing the development in greater detail, in relation to surrounding properties.
