In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Proposal: Refurbishment and conversion of buildings to four apartments on upper floors with associated parking and creation of shop, staff toilets, tack room and conversion of stalls to horse boxes at: Part Of Stables And Nos. 1,2 \& 3, Tramway Terrace Queens Promenade Douglas which was considered on 16 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- Details of the proposed roadside decorative screen must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the erection thereof.
