Proposal: Installation of a satellite dish to front elevation at: 16 Brookhill Road Ramsey IM8 2HU which was considered on 19 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of a satellite dish as shown in the location plan and photograph date stamped 10th October 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
