In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the FLAENTING COMMICTES of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.
(1) Change of use of field 2747 to sand quarry and (2) excavation below the water table part fields 2564 & 4653, and re-instatement with inert materials, Sallabarra, St John's, Garnac.
Which was considered at a meeting held on the 4 October 1994, subject to the compliance with the conditions and modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 2.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any access or approval under any other enactment, levies, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS HAT BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS - a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed. Note 3: Rights of review against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.

This approval shall expire if not taken up within 4 years of the date of this notice.
This approval relates to extensions for the purpose of sand quarrying in accordance with the written details and drawings submitted with the application on the 9th of August. These operations should be undertaken such as to round off and allow the re-regulation of the north-east fencing face of the proposed extension as soon as practicable. The final form of the boundary of the proposed extension must include the retention or formation of a sand-bark in accordance with the dimensions specified in Planning Circular 1/62.
NOTE: The developer is recommended to liaise with the Health and Safety Inspectorate prior to and during the undertaking of these works.
