Proposal: Erection of an agricultural building in at: Field 430435, (County Series Field 435), Cordeman Road St. Marks Ballasalla which was considered on 22 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $\mathrm{C} / 1 / 03 ; \mathrm{C} / 2 / 03 ; \mathrm{C} / 3 / 03$ and $\mathrm{C} / 4 / 03$ submitted and date stamped 22nd October 2003.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
- Prior to the commencement of building works a sample colour of profile sheeting must be approved by the Planning Authority.
- The taking up of this approval should have the effect of cancelling the approval granted under PA02/1015 - Erection of agricultural building, Field 511, St Marks, Malew.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
