② This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no. 2003/10/Kennedy date stamped 18th August 2003 and the amended plan dated 10th October 2003.
③ All windows on the front elevation to the roadway and on both side elevations must be sliding each with externally fitted subsidiary glazing bars to give a fair pane appearance.
④ The roof must be finished in a dark coloured white date file.
