Proposal: Erection of a conservatory to rear elevation and installation of an additional window to side elevation of garage at: $\quad 11$ Harcroft Meadow Douglas IM2 1JS which was considered on 29 October 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date stamped 22nd September 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
