Proposal: Erection of a double garage with terrace over, to rear elevation at: $\quad 14$ Derby Square Douglas IM1 3LS which was considered on 16 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawings numbered A001, B101, B102 and A004 which are date stamped 5th August 2003.
3. The garage door must not obstruct the rear lane at any time.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
