PA03/1049 - Mr & Mrs Burnett, Plot 11, The Downs, Union Mills, Braddan The Commissioners would recommend approval of the application for the conservatory.

The Commissioners would however recommend refusal of the provision of gates and pillars being erected as this is contrary to the 'open plan' principle applied when the original planning approval for the estate layout was granted.
