Landscaping scheme
All planting, seeding or turfing as shown on drawing number P.404B/02 must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Public footpath retention
For reasons of public amenity the existing public footpath, as shown on drawing number P.404B/02, must remain open and available for public use. No permission is granted for the fencing off of this area by this approval.
