Forest Homes Ltd Proposal: Erection of six apartments with ground floor parking to replace existing dwelling at: $\quad$ Braeside Loch Road Port St. Mary IM9 5EB which was considered on 16 October 2003, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/01159/B
- The proposed apartments, by reason of the site coverage and proximity to dwellings to the rear, would appear overbearing and unneighbourly and detract from the level of residential amenity currently enjoyed by occupiers of adjacent dwellings.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
