Proposal: Creation of a vehicular access in rear garden of at: $\quad 15$ Cronk Cardle Corony Ramsey IM7 1ET which was considered on 23 December 2003, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/01184/B
- Whilst the Planning Committee has no objection to the principle of the creation of a vehicular access and vehicular parking at the bottom of this garden, the location of the proposed access is at the junction of the roadways, which is not considered safe or desirable by the highway authority.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Department of Transport to investigate an alternative location for the access.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
