Which was considered on 4 September 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows which have wooden frames and are designed to match the original windows (as illustrated in the submitted photograph) in all respects, including the pattern of glazing bars and the method of opening (sliding sashes at 2nd floor level, casements at 1st floor level).
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
