1. This approval relates to the upgrading improvements to existing offices and conversion of former banking hall to office accommodation including replacement timber sliding sash windows, slating of roof to replace tiles, external wall cladding and replacement shop front as shown in drawing nos. 2630/1, 2630/2 and 2059/2 date stamped the 28th July 2003.

Notes

1. Prior to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken. Additional fire protection is required in the basement to give one hour separation between floors, along with additional fire detection.
