The application seeks prospective approval for a shed/summerhouse sited in the front garden near to the highway. 4. This is visible, but well screened by hedges. There is a pergola next to it. 5. I find this inoffensive. As sited, it has very little impact, and does not affect appreciation of the Terrace from public places.
