My Commissioners have considered the above Application and conclude by saying that the overall dimensions of the existing dwelling are inadequate to accommodate the proposed living facilities to be provided.

The Commissioners also note the comments made by the Inspecting Fire Officer and as such would suggest refusal in this instance.
