Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Ancillary use restriction
The approval relates to the principle of conversion of the garage to living accommodation which is ancillary to that of the main dwelling, "Mullen-eCorrin". As the unit is smaller than would normally be acceptable as an individual living unit under the provisions of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982, if the garage is converted to ancillary living accommodation, it is most unlikely that permission would subsequently be forthcoming for any further change of use to tourist accommodation or independent living unit.
Approved drawings
This approval relates to the conversion of the garage as shown in drawing reference 03-5020-02 received on 9th June 2003.
