   Time limit

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Frosted glass on side elevation

   The glass in the side elevation next to the fence which forms the boundary between Number 8 and Number 10 must be glazed in frosted glass. The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 5 as detailed in the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.

   Approved drawings

   This approval relates to the drawings as submitted on the 9th and 16th June 2003.

   Surface water drainage

   There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
