Delegated Discharge of Condition 11

ITEM FOR DELEGATED CONSIDERATION DISCHARGE OF CONDITION TO: Secretary of the Planning Committee FROM: Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer DATE: 26th January 2006 Re: PA 03/0575/B – Construction of new category B prison including perimeter security wall, fencing, landscaping, car parking and access, land at Jurby Airfield, Jurby. The Director is requested to consider the following submission under his delegated authority. I have recently visited the site and inspected a full scale example panel of the external wall for consideration in accordance with condition no. 11 of the planning approval, see attached photographs. The wall is finished in the previously agreed pebble/concrete mix. I consider the sample to be acceptable and to meet the requirements of the condition. Accordingly, I recommend that condition no. 11 be discharged.
