Proposed here is the creation of a glazed stairway enclosure - an amendment to a previously approved scheme (PA 01/1167). Also proposed is a new scheme of fencing and gates onto Snugborough Avenue. Both the glazing and the paths and fencing improve the appearance of the building and improve its use.
