We write to SUPPORT this proposal, wishing to see more retailing brought back into Ramsey rather than creeping impersonal office space destroying the prime purpose of a town centre - shopping! Also, re-introduction of living space at upper floor levels will bring life back into the town centre as well as providing some degree of security monitoring. Excellent.
