Proposal: Installation of replacement uPVC windows and cladding over bay window, front elevation at: $\quad 9$ Palatine Road Douglas IM2 3BQ which was considered on 23 June 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows and renewal of the cladding over the bay in accordance with the submitted documentation which is date stamped 8th May 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
