Part of the red elevation is below ground level. From the side elevation it appears that the building was once a single strategy cottage. Proposed is applauded in principle to restore the building to a dwelling. 2 small trees next to the cottage would be removed to allow to parking much of the undergone. It would be required to be real at the cottage to have material away from the red elevation. A returning wall would be required. Near trees are suggested but this would not be recommended at this stage. They would surely be called the existing trees and available for the cottage. It is suggested that the existing storework will be repainted with windows replaced with roof replaced. The cottage has connections with the wall, mostly in open shape. The wall used to be next to 'wall house' but this has long been lost.
