Conditions Of Approval 1. SC (4) 2. This approval relates to the change of use of part of the bar for the purposes of repairing and restoring vehicles for personal hobby reasons only. The bar shall be used to such purposes by the owner of the site and Mr. Wathlaw only as named in the application. 3. This approval does not permit the use of the bar for commercial purposes.
