The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/0419 - Dandara Commercial Ltd - 6 Industrial Starter Units with car parking \& landscaping Barley Field, Cooil Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the application subject to the inclusion of indigenous species of trees being incorporated into the landscaping on the boundary of the site.
PA03/0435 - Mr D Atkinson - Refurbishment of cottage to form holiday cottage - 3 Ivy Cottages, Old Castletown Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/0439 - Mr M Stokes - Alterations \& extensions to existing house to form 3 apartment The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/0446 - Mr W T Kelly - Creation of off road car parking \& turning area - Rear garden of Sunnycot, Main Road, Union Mills, Braddan.

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/0481 - Mr T J Keig - Demolition of outlet \& construction of extensions to form additional living area \& conservatory together with internal alterations - Ballafreer Cottage, Ballafreer Lane, Union Mills, Marown.
As per my telephone conversation with your office last week, I can confirm that this application was forwarded to us in error as the property is outwith the boundary of the Braddan Parish, and has therefore the application and plans submitted have been forwarded to Marown Commissioners for their consideration.
