- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to repair and re-slating using dark grey natural slates, a sample of which must be submitted to and approved by the Committee prior to the commencement of any works.
Note: Samples of "Spanish Slate" previously submitted have not been found to be of the quality required on a site such as this.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
