- In the absence of a proper front elevational drawing showing a doorway which is designed to match the architectural style of nearby doorways, the Planning Committee is unable to make a complete or favourable assessment of the proposed development.
NOTE This decision is without prejudice to a further application which includes the above information (which was requested by letter of the 23rd of June, a copy of which is attached to this notice).
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
