With reference to the recent planning applications listed below the Board made the following decisions at their mid-monthly meeting on 21st May 2003:
- Ref: 03/0139 Replacement windows on the top storey only. Bathing Hut, The Promenade Laxey.
The commissioners have no objections to this application.
- Ref: 03/0134 Proposed alterations to form internal stair link between dwelling and existing guest suite, Hollydene, Minorca Hill.
The commissioners have no objections to this application, but recognise the need to comply with Fire Regulations.
- Ref: 03/0194 Conversion of redundant barn to offices and/or recreational area for use by the occupants of the farm. Ballacollister Farm.
The commissioners have no objections to this application.
- Ref: 03/0278 To let out property as tourist accommodation when not occupied by family. Holly Cottage, Minorca Hill. The commissioners have no objections to this application, but recognise the need to comply with Fire Regulations.
