- This approval relates to the encasement of the existing flue, and the installation of the flue as shown in the submitted plan reference 03/618/2 received on 24th April, 2003.
- The encasing structure must be erected and painted to match the building to which it will be attached, all within 3 months of the date of this notice as it becomes final.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
