- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a wooden flag pole no higher than 4 metres, sited in accordance with the submitted plan which is date stamped 24th April 2003.
- The flag-pole must be fitted with clips which prevent the halyard from banging against the pole during the hours between 2200 and 0700 .
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
